- How does the pricing work?
- Video work is priced by the footage we work through — for example $20 per minute of raw footage with a $100 minimum per video — so you pay for the actual work, never a made-up bundle. Design and voice services have flat, listed prices. The quoter shows every number before you decide anything.
- Is the price I see really final?
- Yes — what you see itemized is what you pay, at today's rates (a saved quote re-prices if rates change, and your price locks the moment you pay). The one honest caveat: footage-based prices assume the minutes you told us. We check against your real files before starting, and if they run longer we confirm the difference with you before any work begins.
- What happens right after I pay?
- You get a receipt plus a private upload page for your files, and Mark personally reaches out within a few hours on weekdays. Production starts when your files land — that's also when your delivery clock starts.
- How fast will I get my order?
- Standard is up to 7 business days per item. Need it sooner? Every service has rush options at checkout, priced flat per rushed item — in a batch, only the rushed ones pay the fee.
- Who actually does the work?
- Mark Studios is a senior production team — editors, designers, and writers — with Mark personally scoping every order, setting the creative direction, and reviewing the work before it ships. When you email, Mark answers.
- What if I want changes?
- Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included with every order. Ask for anything within the delivered scope — new scope (extra minutes, new deliverables) is quoted to you first, never charged silently.
- What about refunds?
- If production hasn't started, write to us for a full refund — no questions. Once work is underway, orders are non-refundable; we make it right through your included revision rounds instead, until the delivery meets the agreed scope.
- My files aren't online — how do I send them?
- After checkout you get a private upload page that handles multi-gigabyte footage cleanly. Already have a Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer link? Paste it in the form or on the upload page — both work.
- What does “Mark quotes it” mean on my quote?
- A few services vary too much for an honest instant number (fully custom animation, channel management, and similar). For those, Mark reads exactly what you entered and emails your exact price within 24 hours, no obligation — everything else on your quote stays instantly payable.
- How do the repeating plans work?
- If your order has repeat-friendly work, you can make it repeat on the cadence you pick — weekly to quarterly. Commitment terms carry a discount, one-shot items always stay one-time, and you can manage or cancel the plan any time from the billing portal on your confirmation page.
- Can I save my quote and come back?
- It saves automatically in your browser as you answer. Ask for the emailed quote and you also get a link that reopens it on any device, or create a free account to keep multiple quotes.
