1. Who we are

Mark Studios LLC (“Mark Studios”, “we”) is a Florida limited liability company providing video editing, design, and related creative services. These terms govern orders placed through this site. Questions before or after ordering: contact@markstudios.com — Mark answers personally.

2. Quotes and pricing

The quoter prices your order from your answers. Prices shown are today’s rates: a saved quote re-prices if rates change, and your price locks the moment you pay. Some items are personally scoped by Mark and quoted by email — those are never charged until you accept and pay their quote. Footage-based prices assume the footage amounts you told us; we verify against your real files before work starts and confirm any difference with you first — nothing is ever silently re-charged.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery is up to 7 business days per item, with paid rush options at checkout. Your delivery clock starts when your files land, not at payment. Large orders ship in waves and Mark confirms the schedule personally after checkout.

4. Revisions

Every order includes up to 3 rounds of revisions within the delivered scope. New scope (extra minutes, extra deliverables, different source footage) is quoted separately — always to you first, never charged silently.

5. Refunds

If production hasn’t started on your order, write to us and we’ll refund it in full — no questions. Once work is underway, orders are non-refundable; instead we make it right through your included revision rounds until the delivery meets the agreed scope. Refunds for not-yet-started orders return to the original payment method via Stripe (typically 5–10 business days).

6. Repeating plans

Plans bill on the cadence you chose at checkout and can be managed (card, invoices, cancellation) any time from the billing portal linked on your confirmation page and emails. Commitment discounts assume you stay the committed term; you can still cancel any time.

7. Your content and ours

You keep all rights to the footage and materials you send, and you must have the rights to anything you send us (including specific music you ask us to use — copyright clearance for a song you pick is your responsibility; music we pick is licensed copyright-free). On full payment, the delivered work is yours. We may show delivered work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Files

Delivered files stay downloadable for 30 days — save your copies. Source/project files are a separate purchasable item.

9. The boring-but-necessary part

Services are provided “as is” to the standard described here; our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by Florida law. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; the version at the time of your order applies to it.
