Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what the order needs: your name and email, your answers in the quoter (they are the project brief), links and files you send for production, and payment records. Card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them. In-progress quotes also save to your own browser (localStorage) so you can pick up where you left off.

Where it lives

We run on a small, named set of processors and nothing else:

• Stripe — payments and customer records (your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see them).
• Vercel — hosting, plus Blob storage for the files and links you send.
• Resend — transactional email (quotes, receipts, delivery).
• Upstash — a short-lived rate-limit/anti-abuse counter keyed to your network address; no order content.
• OpenRouter — only if you use the optional “fill this in for me” helper, which sends that one message to a language model to draft your answers. Skip the helper and nothing goes there.

We don’t sell your data, run ad trackers, or share your information beyond these processors.

Analytics & cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see where people drop off in the quoter. It is privacy-first and cookieless — no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies, and it never records your answers, name, or email (only anonymous step and service identifiers). Because we set no tracking cookies, there is no consent banner to click through.

Email

You get transactional email about your own orders (quotes, receipts, delivery). If you start a quote and step away we may send up to two reminders — every reminder carries a one-click unsubscribe, and opting out stops them permanently. No mailing lists from the quoter.

Retention

Saved quote drafts (the cross-device resume links) are deleted automatically after 90 days. Delivered files stay downloadable for 30 days. Order records persist in Stripe as required for accounting.
