Affiliate program terms

1. The program

The Mark Studios affiliate program is run by Mark Studios LLC (“Mark Studios”, “we”), a Florida limited liability company. It is free to join, and you are approved as soon as you sign up. You receive a personal link and a code, and you earn a commission when people you refer become paying clients.

2. What you earn

You earn 20% of every payment a client you referred makes to Mark Studios during the 12 months after they were referred to you, for one-off orders and monthly plans alike. Commission is calculated on what the client actually paid, after any discount and net of refunds. Payments made outside start.markstudios.com and its checkout (for example, orders placed on Fiverr or Upwork) are not covered.

3. Who counts as your referral

• Someone who clicks your link and leaves their email on a quote, or checks out, within 90 days of the click. If they click another affiliate’s link afterwards, the most recent click counts.
• Once a client is assigned to an affiliate, they stay with that affiliate for the 12 months.
• Existing Mark Studios clients, and people who have already paid us before clicking your link, can’t be referred.
• Tracking relies on a cookie. If someone blocks cookies, clears them, or orders from a different device, we may not be able to credit you. Our records are final, but if you think we missed a referral, email us and we’ll look.

4. When you get paid

Each commission clears 30 days after the client’s payment, which covers our refund window. Cleared commissions are paid once a month, by PayPal or Wise to the address on your account, once your cleared balance reaches $50. A balance under $50 carries over to the next month. If a payment is refunded or disputed after you’ve been paid for it, we deduct that commission from your future earnings. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn, and we may ask for a tax form (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN) before paying.

5. How you may promote us

• Say it’s an affiliate link. Wherever you share it, make clear that you earn a commission, as the FTC and similar rules require.
• No spam: no unsolicited bulk email, DMs, or comment spam.
• No paid search ads that bid on “Mark Studios” or close variations, and no ads that pretend to be Mark Studios.
• No coupon or deal sites, and no cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
• Describe us accurately: don’t promise prices, turnaround times or results that aren’t on our site.
• You can’t earn commission on your own orders.

6. Pausing and ending

You can leave at any time by emailing us. We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms, and commissions earned through a breach (for example, through spam or self-referral) are not paid. If we close the program or your account for any other reason, we still pay commissions you have already earned, under these terms. We may change these terms; we’ll email you at least 30 days before a change that lowers what you earn, and it will only apply to referrals made after it takes effect.

7. The rest

You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent or partner of Mark Studios, and you can’t make commitments on our behalf. Our client terms are here. These terms are governed by Florida law. Questions: contact@markstudios.com.
