Withdraw from a contract

If you bought from us as a consumer (not for your business) and you live in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days of making it, without giving a reason. Fill in this form and press “Confirm withdrawal”. We email you a confirmation right away, with what you sent and the date and time we received it.

If we already started work because you asked us to, you pay only for the work done before you withdrew. The details are in section 7 of our Terms.

You can also send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing, by email to contact@markstudios.com or by post to Mark Studios, LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you don’t have to.
