Mark Studios, LLC · Effective October 16, 2026
We respect copyright and respond to notices of claimed infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512). This policy covers markstudios.com, start.markstudios.com (including files uploaded through the client portal) and strategy.markstudios.com.
Reporting infringement
If you believe material on our sites infringes your copyright, send our copyright agent a written notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- identification of the material, and where it is on our service (a URL is best);
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Copyright agent: Copyright Agent, Mark Studios, LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA · email contact@markstudios.com (subject “Copyright notice”).
Counter-notices
If material you posted or sent us was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the US, any district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a lawsuit.
Repeat infringers and false notices
In appropriate circumstances we end the accounts and orders of people who repeatedly infringe. Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. 512(f)).
