Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use Mark Studios’ sites: markstudios.com, start.markstudios.com, strategy.markstudios.com and the client portal. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we check our pages with keyboard navigation, automated testing and contrast checks.

What may not be fully accessible yet

• Some example and portfolio videos don’t have captions or transcripts yet.
• The interactive 3D clapperboard on the quoter’s welcome screen is decorative; everything it does can also be done with the buttons beside it.
• Pages and tools from other companies that we link to or embed (such as Stripe checkout, Cal.com and YouTube) follow their own accessibility standards.

If anything on our sites is hard to use, email contact@markstudios.com with the page and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days, and we’ll help you get the information or service another way (for example, a quote by email) while we fix it.
