A 15-minute onboarding call
In week one we agree your platforms, who approves, and your footage day: the date each month your recording reaches us.
You record, we get the files
Upload on your private upload page, or share a Drive or Dropbox link. Your delivery clock starts when the footage lands.
We edit the month
The long-form first, then the shorts and thumbnails from the same footage, each with a review link.
You approve and post
Ask for changes on any deliverable. Each month ends with a one-line usage note, so you always see what's used and what's left.
What we need from you
Client names are left out on purpose.
Monthly retainer
A self-defense training school on a monthly retainer. We edit long-form and shorts to their written brand rules (exact colours, when red is allowed, a definition of done) and rebuilt their YouTube channel in a day: a home page, a beginners' playlist, and 24 videos scheduled six weeks out. One afternoon of footage from their training ranch is being cut into 8 long-form videos and 31 shorts.
It's early, so we don't quote growth numbers.
Series in one locked style
A clinician running an executive-performance consultancy had a voiceover and no footage. We locked the look on one video from his timestamped notes, wrote it down as rules, and then produced the series to that spec. Once the look was approved, ten more videos cleared QA within four days.
What it shows: the style is set once, then the work runs at pace.
Packaging and launch
An independent documentary team cut their own episodes. We shaped the launch around them: a growth plan, script notes episode by episode, and thumbnails in their art director's look. Seven orders over six months, no disputes.
What it shows: we can work alongside a team that already edits.
