- Who are the plans for?
- Businesses that sell with video: practices, firms, coaches, schools, B2B teams. If you need one video, the quoter prices single projects instead.
- Is a plan cheaper than hiring an editor?
- Usually, yes. A full-time film and video editor in the US earns a median $75,420 a year (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, May 2025), before payroll taxes, benefits, software and a workstation. Growth is $24,000 a year with the Shorts, thumbnails and a written style spec included, and there's no hiring, training or time off to cover. Even Unlimited, at $42,000 a year, costs less than that median salary alone.
- How much footage can I send?
- Each long-form edit assumes up to 15 minutes of raw footage, like a talking-head take, a webinar or an interview. Longer recordings are fine: extra minutes are $20 per raw minute ($30 if you want stock B-roll), agreed before that month's edit starts.
- How does 3-month billing work?
- Pick “3 months” above the plans and you pay 3 months upfront for 5% off: Starter $715, Growth $1,900, Scale $2,565 or Unlimited $3,325 a month, charged as $2,145, $5,700, $7,695 or $9,975 every 3 months. Each month includes the same work as the monthly plan. It renews every 3 months until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your client portal; it takes effect at the end of the 3 months you've paid for, and there are no partial refunds. Monthly billing stays month to month.
- What if I don't record one month?
- On monthly billing, tell us before your next charge and we pause that month, with no charge. On 3-month billing the months are already paid, so there's no charge to pause and no refund. Either way, anything unused carries over one month, so work never piles up behind footage that isn't coming.
- How fast is it?
- Up to 7 business days per deliverable once that month's footage lands, the same promise as every Mark Studios order. On Scale your jobs go first in the queue. On Unlimited each request gets a first draft within 3 business days.
- How does Unlimited work?
- Send as many edit requests as you like: long-form videos (up to 15 minutes of footage each) or Shorts. Mark works on one at a time, and the next starts as soon as the current one is delivered. Each request gets a first draft within 3 business days, and every long-form video comes with a thumbnail.
- Who does the work?
- You work directly with Mark Santos. He scopes your plan, sets the style spec, and reviews the work before it ships. When you email, Mark answers.
- Do you post for us or film for us?
- Posting isn't part of these plans, but we can post every video for you: add “We post it for you” in the quoter, priced per video. Channel management is quoted separately. On-site filming and photography is its own order: Mark films across Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin counties and travels for shoots anywhere else, with travel quoted per trip. Pick “On-site filming & photos” in the quoter and Mark quotes the shoot.
- Can I try one video first?
- Yes. Send one recording you already have with the form on this page and Mark edits it free, so you can judge the work on your own footage: one per business, up to 15 minutes of footage, delivered finished (the free one has no revision rounds). Or order a single video through the quoter at the standard rate. The plan price starts with the plan, not before.
- Can I talk to Mark before I buy?
- Yes. Book a free 15-minute call with Mark, or email your question and you'll hear back from Mark within 24 hours. Most people just pick a plan here, and that works too.
- How do I cancel?
- Online, any time: Cancel or manage plan in your client portal, or the link in your confirmation email. It stops future charges at the end of the period you've paid for (the month, or the 3 months on 3-month billing), with no fee and no partial refunds, and work you've already paid for still ships.
